By entering Nyxelyth, you agree to play by these rules. If any rule is unacceptable, step off the pitch immediately.

2. Eligibility Check

Players must be at least 18 years of age. The age verification prompt is your entry qualification. False declarations result in disqualification.

3. Arena Rules

Nyxelyth is a Social Casino — a free entertainment arena. No real-money gambling exists here. Virtual trophies, coins, and credits are game elements with zero redeemable value.

4. Sportsmanship

Users must interact with the platform fairly. Exploits, automated tools, and disruptive behaviour lead to permanent bans from the arena.

5. Trophy Case

All Nyxelyth content is protected intellectual property. Reproduction or commercial use without authorisation is a foul.

6. Locker Room Storage

We store one localStorage flag for age verification. No personal data is collected or transmitted.

7. Playing Conditions

Nyxelyth is provided "as is" without guarantees of constant availability or perfect performance.

8. Injury Clause

Nyxelyth bears no liability for any damages from platform use.

9. Rule Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued play implies acceptance of current rules.
